California - Bill is a Redlands based UTD Foundational Instructor, and actively dive and teach in San Diego, Orange and Los Angeles counties. I have been training divers to scuba since 2000. I am grateful to live in Southern California, and consider it to be some of the best open water diving in the world.I provide precision coaching for all levels – from Open Water Diver to Instructor, tech diver and Cave Diver. I also teach small classes with a maximum of 3 students so I can provide individual attention to you and your training. My favorite course to teach is “Essentials of Recreational / Technical Diving” because it benefits any skill level. I recommend and teach the safest and most precise techniques developed for scuba diving, including the use of helium for all dives deeper than 100′ / 30m. The techniques I teach and gear I sell are applicable to all levels of diving, so one doesn’t have to learn a new way or buy new gear just because they want to advance their skills. I realize everyone claims to be the safest, but what I offer truly is unique. In my classes, students learn advanced techniques typically associated with technical diving, with the goal of making their recreational diving as fun and safe as possible. Something else unique I can offer my customers is high quality DIR style rental gear – including doubles. For my personal diving, I have been an avid cave diver since 1999. I believe that for true learning to occur, all egos must be ‘left at the door’! Feel free to message me if you have any questions or would like to discuss diving philosophy.Feel free to contact me if you are interested in learning more about my training, would like a dive guide / review / evaluation, are looking for a DIR buddy, or would just like to discuss diving in general. Cheers and enjoy your journey – no matter which path you choose!
